It's a very important initiative:

The PRRI, Public Research and Regulation Initiative has been launched last
year. The main purpose is to enhance scientific information about biosafety
within the framework of international negotiations such as the Cartagena
Biosafety Protocol. You are all invited to become members of the forum of
PRRI, Public Research and Regulation Initiative. It is for free and you will
