The US-Israeli agro-technology company, OrganiTECH Inc. (ORGT.PK) and the
renowned German research centre "Forschungszentrum Julich" concluded an
agreement for the co-development of technical equipment for contained plant
production systems with emphasis to the requirements of plant production for
scientific applications, December 2005.

Under the terms of the agreement OrganiTECH will be entitled to exclusive
commercial rights for further development and global marketing of the plant
production system developed within this bilateral project.

The Institute ICG-III Forschungszentrum Julich possesses substantial
know-how in the area of plant production, greenhouse construction and
technical greenhouse equipment as well as in the area of transport and
growth processes of and in plants. Together with OrganiTECH's commercial
know how and strong IP position in the field of automated growing systems,
the two partners will be well positioned to provide highly innovative and
customized solutions for automated growing in contained environments for
both, bioscience and bio-industry.

Based on OrganiTECH's hydroponic Growtech(TM)2000 system, the
"Forschungszentrum Julich" will construct an automatic plant production
system with stand-alone climate control, lightning and nutrient supply
units. The system will be able to mimic various micro climates and will
allow simultaneous but distinctive lightening, nutrition and growing
conditions on several layers within one contained system.

OrganiTECH, specialized in automated, hydroponic growth technologies and
greenhouse products, regards science and biotechnology as one of the major
future markets for this product line, in addition and complementary to the
Company's existing applications for commercial growers out of agriculture
and horticulture.

About OrganiTECH: OrganiTECH USA, Inc., through its wholly-owned Israel
based subsidiary, OrganiTECH Ltd., is developing technologies designed to
completely and cost effectively automate the method by which various foods,
plants, and extracts are cultivated. For more information, please visit the
Company's official web site at www.organitech.com.

Forschungszentrum Julich GmbH, a member of the renowned Helmholtz
Association, is one of the largest research institutions in Europe. About
4200 staff members work on a broad spectrum of research topics. The
Institute for Phytosphere Research focuses on the interactions between
plants and their environment and is headed by Prof. Ulrich Schurr.
